Yep. Del Ray licensed it August 28th, to be one of the four premiere titles for their manga line, along with xxxHolic (Yay! More CLAMP!), Gundam SEED, and Negima (Ken Akamatsu's latest work).

Unfortunately, it won't be out on this side of the ocean until May. It's going to be a looong nine months...
