Sick of 9/11

Wow, im sick of 9/11, its 2 years later, let it go, jesus...i dont see moments of silence for other tragedy's, or wars, and 9/11 gets all the attention. Piss off

That's what we have Remembrance Day and Veteran's Day for...but yes I agree people must move on....and as I've said before I do not mean that in an unsympathetic way.

Veteran's day poppy...

9/11 is recent and still extremely relevant. I kind of think of it as the day the world went more screwed than it was already...

That said, I don't mark it.

Now what kind of pisses me off is the constant marking of the Montreal Massacre day in Canada. I'm sorry people, that's just so long ago and there's so many other good reasons other than a nutbar shooting 14 women to have flags lowered that I really couldn't care.

Condolences and all though. Same goes for Sep. 11.

don't get me wrong, i feel bad for all the anniversaries of the other event as well;WW2,vietnam,the holocaust,; It's just the fact that 9/11 was very unique from the others, and the fact that it was so linked with my life.

WEll sure it was because you lived through it and it affected people in your immediate family.

But the point is, this will become HISTORY, it should not be constantly relived over and over again.

I never cared about 9/11 anyway. Its always been my sisters birthday and associated with happyness with me, so 9/11 didnt mean a thing to me. Its only the old people who care. God I hate florida.
