Ok, I got as far as "Cowboy Bebop" (which I haven't watched completely).

Dude, thats Vicious, Spikes former "teammate" of sorts. Fights him in like, 3 separate episodes. The first one is "Ballad Of Fallen Angels".

Exporting them from an AMV. An action one, albeit.

I finally found out the name after someone I asked said the other guy in the clip was Spike from Cowboy Bebop.
