how long do we have to say that we're coming

cuase i got some legal issues i have to resolve and wont know until like the 17-20th

That should be fine. The deadline will probably be around 22-23.

You aren't the only ones who are coming in too late for dinner. I'm telling people to meet us at the VAT afterwards since I'm sure a large chunk of us will be there after dinner.
