Collab videos - How to get it to work?

Me and Ashyukun are trying to get myself on as a collaborator for the Anime Boston 2003 AMV Panel Intro Vid, but I'm running up against a brick wall as far as adding myself... if someone could go through what we have to do on each of our ends, it'd be appriciated.
