yea same here ... i downloaded it months ago ... it confused the shit out of me, then i bought it ... and the dirrectors commentary on the first 2 disks cleared up some stuff, but i'm still lost.

by the way, $90 for all 3 DVD's is good, i paid $45 a dvd. Too much is the $327 i saw the trigun box set going for at one site.

Dooo iiit...
I will. But not today. Tomorrow doesn't look good, either.

Seems like Eva is the only decent deal you'll get on Gainax-related stuff - since everyone and their cousin Jamie seems to already own it.

Propyro - $45 - is that Canadian? If so, sounds about right - in that case, 135 Canadian = just about 90 American - not a bad deal. I wouldn't pay too much more, but since it's FLCL, the deal is fair enough for me.

Pshh. Money. I wonder if I can stash away the cash I got today for my old textbooks, and use it for something anime-productive...
The Birds are using humanity in order to throw something terrifying at this green pig. And then what happens to us all later, that’s simply not important to them…

I don't think anyone completely understands FLCL. I bet the creators intended it that way.

Yes and no. What is to understand FLCL?

Like Eva, it's pretty interpretational. It's made to be ambiguous and outwardly inconclusive, but hey - once you figure out what you think about it, I suppose you can say you understand it to the degree you were intended to understand it.

Which is all that really matters.

Oh look another useless post...
