Video Confirmation issues...

I uploaded my video I just completed, but when I went to click the confirm button, it seemed as though nothing was going on, and so after a minute I went to check the description, and found it hadn't been confirmed. Since then it hasn't let me back on the confirm screen to try again. Anyone have any idea what to do? Here's a link to the video in question: http://www.animemusicvideos.org/members ... hp?v=23219
