Yes indeed...
Although i don't know if it's a real truth, because evagelion was never really that violent, I mean it had it's moment, but can never actually say it made you throw up (Which I belive is what phade was thinking about when he made that rule, oh and the mothers of america ^_~).
I saw some brutal"esc" stuff in Death and Rebirth, but it's not that bad about the violence.. nothing worse than if dragonballz had started ripping limbs off in slow motion in a non-cometic way.
