When you only look for boxed sets...

When you say it's source footage for your "Music Videos"...

When you find out that there's an Evangelion Remastered set out there somewhere...

When you say the manga is better than the Anime or vice versa...

Where hentai and ecchi are the same thing...

When you boycott Disney products...

When you can run your own Anime rental store...

When you have a room/shrine dedicated to anime and the anime gods...

When you say Kawai to babies/children...

When you say they're Plushies not stuffed animals...

When you say a hentai title like Bible Black has a story...

When you love the detail of Satoshi Urushihara's work...

how about if you just have a print out of Akira pinned to a normal tshirt because you spent all your money on DVD's?

Yes when you defend the validity of hentai by saying theres more to it than that. THe old playbody cop out " I read it for the articles"

How about when you freind gets an Asian for a gf and because she has long hair you dub her shampoo although her real name is mary cho and thats all you call her.

Fansubs don't cost money, or if they do then the subbers need a swift kick to the head. :P
I know they don't. But i usualy always watch fansubs before i decide if i want to buy anything. I never say any .hack fansubs, so i'm buying it bassed on what i've heard on the forums and at the comic shop.

When you choose to save the $30 bucks a week your parents give you for lunch money and spend it on anime/manga...

When the people at Chapters know you on a first name basis...and they no longer ask you if you need help when you head over to the computer...

When you print off cool anime wallpapers and stick them around your room along the top of your wall...

When your dear artist friend starts drawing you anime pictures for your birthday and christmas presents (I LOVE YOU SIMFANATICS!!! <art friend)

When your mother who normally can't even keep names straight starts remembering what anime's you actually like and can kinda keep track of them...

When you take your brother's shelf (empty) from his room to move into the basement because your dvd collection won't fit under the T.V anymore and your father is threatening murder for moving his VHS's...

LOL there are soo many....

And Sarah the Boring...it's fun to just buy random titles...I do it all the time...that's how I found Jewel Bem Hunter, Maze, RG Veda etc etc....
