Avril/NTHT Idea

This idea pops into my head everytime I see/hear one or the other:

I think an excellent AMV would be a (from "Now and Then, Here And There") Sara-centered AMV to the song "Tomorrow" by Avril. I mean, the lyrics are all her through her terrible depression and fate, and there's many lines open to involving both her and Shu. So, yep, there's my idea, hope somebody likes it. ^_^

Its alright idea. I would be willing to wach it if you got it. i myslef had an idea of useng Seether "Driven under"

I would be hard to do thou because the corous is

"then she told me she had a gun
it sounded like she had used it
once before on him"

and theysay that line like 7 times. and the only seen that has her with a gun is when she escapes.

I'm assuming you're talking about Avril Lavigne...

if so, then good luck, but don't get your hopes up at conventions. It doesn't matter if you've got a great video, but nobody will respect it by virtue of using Avril Lavigne. Take my vid, SYLN. Great video, made the Otakon finals, but I have video of 6,000 people collectively groaning when the title card came up.

Just so you know what to expect =)

BTW what video was it?

BTW2 remember your video DID get to the finals. at a-kon i say the words come up "Evangelion" Pink Floyd "Enter the Machine" i insinctively cheared (im a huge floyd fan) THAT VID SUCKED! I also saw a Jenifer lopez vid come up and hissed at it.. O_O i was QUITE impresed.

just goes to show not to judge a vid at a glance.

Well, they were all cheering by the end of the video. The most common comment I heard when people found out that I did SYLN was "I was one of the groaners, but I thoroughly enjoyed your vid". I'd rant about how I was in the wrong category (and have, at great length, to plenty of people), but in the end, I made *Otakon*.

Well, "Sk8r Boi" is insanely overplayed, you have to admit that even if you like it. I've watched other Avril Lavigne videos and didn't mind the song choice so much. I think you'd have less of that reaction if you went with a song that hasn't gotten so much airplay.
