For some reason the resizing algorithm we wrote that works fine in Premiere 5/6 doesnt seem to work in Pro. I'm sure it will be easy to fix though but you'll have to wait a little while (until I can get a copy and look at the SDK)

It wont effect the quality of the output, though, because it wont go through that algorithm (unless you resize on export, which would be dumb).

Um... why is your avs file listed as .avi?

This problem is pretty easy to fix, though so once I get a copy we;ll do the necessary changes.

I was using YUV, but tried RGB with the same results.

As far as it showing .AVI, I’m not sure what was going on there, but I did update the two JPG’s to show the difference between the PicVideo AVI (video track 1) and the AVS file (video track 2).

Here are the links again:

AbsoluteDestiny, I figured out Why the AVS file was listing as “video.AVI”. After you reopen a project and swap from the AVI files to AVS files Premiere Pro retains the original video file name. In fact you can rename it to anything once it is opened premiere.
