Perhaps a look at the postcounts table would be a good start on who to consider for appearances? Also, exactly how many people are you looking for here?
As an aside, I think that the best way of doing things (and you may already have thought of this, in which case, forgive me) would be to use RPGM's inbuilt ability to display pictures of talking characters to show people's avatars (still versions for the dynamic ones). Wouldn't that be a lot easier in terms of recognisability than getting someone to do sprites for everyone?

avatars change troo often, they're not good representations. I sure as hell don't want Bruce Irons on a wave to be my face
I like the idea of the game creator making their own mental image of everyone on their own, like Kamoc did in his comics with MS Paint.
And a member post count page is here.

Well, I was just thinking that, to other members, your avatar kinda is your face- or at least, the visual image or icon that they assosciate with your identity. Hence, when J-0080 or Roke impersonates someone else's avatar, it's like wearing a face mask (or false moustache, for the formerJace Tsunami wrote:avatars change troo often, they're not good representations. But I do see your point, though. I thought that we could use the facial icon feature to have your avatar beside anything you say, much like on the forums.

And shouldn't your avatar be something that you like anyway?

Hey,
[quote="Savia"]Hence, when J-0080 or Roke impersonates someone else's avatar, it's like wearing a face mask (or false moustache, for the former
) and trying your hand at being Mr. Ripley.[quote]
Although I didn't actually kill Phade when I made this
.
Though yeah, I did like the way Grandia had those picture expressions (almost as much as I liked that they finally named a main character after me), it helped with imersion.
Though I do hope this gets a good plot, the last thing we need is another Postal 2.
