How do I post my music video for evaluation?

I have recently created an excelent music video, combining Final Fantasy VII and Evanescence's song Haunted... Its awesome, but how can I post it to let other people check it out?

Alright basically you need to log in to the site and choose the enter video link on the side there. Then you enter in all the relevant details. Then you choose the upload video link. Choose the video in question. Get the ftp details and password and upload (need an FTP program like WS_FTP or cuteFTP).

Finally announce it in the AMV Announcement forums and if you still get no opinions offer an exchange in the Opinion Exchange forum
