It was the "scary" side of the leaflet from a CD called Hybrid Theory EP. If you know your music history you'll know that that was the CD Linkin Park released when they were called Hybrid Theory. They had to change that name because of a legal battle, but kept it as the name of their debut album.

EC currently has the most posts I believe, Kthulhu fights with him over it though. I'm like 9th or 10th. I gots me about 2100.
