Vegeta Firestarter, the lost DBZ video

Anybody remember a DBZ video called Vegeta Firestarter, by a "MisterPopo"? Last I remember, it was in a QuickTime format, used the song "Firestarter" by Breathe, was about the first battle between Goku and Vegeta, and included actual dialouge and sound from the battle. I first found it on a Hotline server that was owned by MisterPopo himself years ago.

I'm trying to locate it, and have had no luck so far.
