I don't mind them as long as they don't get out of hand, and theres no reason not to let them hang, besides, it's good to have a little variety, not just the same people over and over.

I don't really care if one or two of some annoying people talk, but if like someone like key talks, or ifa buncha them are all talking at once.. then... the chat just get's boring..
