Computer organization

Filling up my 140gb hard drives, school coming, and having a bunch of annoying porn viruses running around on my computer have forced me to rethink my current 'put stuff on desktop. When wallpaper becomes completely obscured, move files into New Folder 12132. Repeat' method of storing stuff.

Between the shattered remains of my old organized system of storage and the current clutter I came up with a system I think I'll set up.

C:\download\ - incoming
C:\download\oldstuff\ - where i move crap when the download folder gets cluttered, usually program install files and stuff.
C:\download\*random folder*\ - create new folders in download for organizing shit.
D:\ - storage drive for Anime, AMV, encoding shit, amv work in progress.

C:\ - 80GB (really 74.5)
D:\ - 120GB (really 114)
Total Space - 188.5GB

Current Free -
C:\ - 12.0GB
D:\ - 33.0GB

I have four partitions. C:\ is the smallest, and contains the operating system.
That's about it for organization. I just toss shit around depending on free space.

Uh...

I install and put everything on my main C: drive... I did that with my old C: drive which is now my D: drive, and I don't even like to look at it anymore.

There's supposed to be something in there about learning from mistakes, but I'm pretty sure that it went over my head.
