In Cowboy Bebop, the final scene, Spike kills Vicious. Yet, when the credits roll, where's his body? Then again, since one of the prevalent theme is reality vs dreams, and the uncertainty of what's real and what isn't, it can be arggued that when the characters die, they "wake up" to whatever the world they are suppose to be.

There is one for Trigun, but its weaker...Knives is hit by an Angel Arm and yet his health is still perfect for episode 26. Many said that its implied that Knives tapped into the full extent of his power and can heal pretty much any wound he suffered from.

I'm probably the only idiot that contradicts his own glitches, hmm?
The bebop one i will have to look into, but as far as knives goes he can heal his wounds, remeber when he told vash "the scars they left on your body will never heal". Also in a flashback with legato, legato speaks to him saying "Vash the stampede will expierence eternal suffering" or something along those lines, and knives is seen in what appears to be some healing thing where he is strapped down, maybe another plant? Not sure.

Not really glitches, but interesting things I've found:

There is one frame in episode 3 of Abenobashi Mahou Shoutengai where you see PeroPero (from KKNJ) in an explosion.

Kirika has a logo on her shirt in one of the earlier episodes of Noir when she's cutting veggies. Not sure, but I think the logo appears for only 1 shot, and it looks a LOT like the WuTang logo :D

In "Akira", Number 26 is surrounded (during the first few minutes of the film, just after his resistance handler is gunned down), and he unleashes his power, sending tons of glass and building rubble down on the civilians/military. In the scene after the giant beer can starts crashing down, you see a scene with the military guys running around near a truck. The guy on the right side, who runs up and passes the left-hand door disappears a split second before the scene ends.
