Key here is to build up SOME sort of reputation for being a decent editor... I'm certain some vids of mine got me some sort of reputation...

It really kinda just depends. Sometimes I'll just see a random AMV that I like, and when it comes time to find a backup editor, that creator's name will just pop into my head. Or sometimes, I'll get an email from one of the other DDR editors saying, "If you need a backup editor, so-and-so would be a good choice." It's all kinda random

All I really want is to avoid having a LinkinballZ video in WMV format on our hands a week before the deadline ^^;;
