Can anyone recommend me some software/programs for designing websites, I plan to open a site for hosting and I need something to create the whole thing.

For web design I recommend Dreamweaver. For web programing I recommend Homesite 5

For Content Management I suggest a Modified version of PHP Nuke. PHP in the front MySQL in the back
