Hitler also said how he admired teh catholic church for how it was able to control and manipulate peopel so well and shamlessly ... I don't remember what book my friend said he saw it in, but that sounds like something hitler soudl say ...

it is not, in any way absolutly factual. Great fiction, with a decent meaning behind it, but in no way an literal account of events ... yes, thats right born agains and fundamentalist christians ... its FICTION!
That is a crude comment to make and many will disagree, inluding me. I really don't want to bother going into a relgious debate about the fact vs fiction bullshit, but lets just say, I disagree ^_^.
yes, i agree as well ... lets just leave it at that ... well it depends n which part you want to dissagree on ... the fact that the bible should not be taken literaly ... or the bit about fundamentalist christians and born agains taking it literaly ... what ever ... we don't agree ... i shoudl ahve left it at that and deleted that last sentance and this one ...

I'd admire the church, too, for how well they can control, if I were inclined to try and take over the world. Nothing like claiming to hold the key to your eternal existence to get the gullible hanging on to your every word.

lets do some quick math here:
.1% of the people who have Cable give a $25.00 per month donation,
37.4 million viewers = $9,380,000 at the $25.00 level
( and this is the minimum Requested Donation Level )
Plus all the Circus Show's done -Live- 20 times per week averaging 2.3 million on each of those events

 I'm in the wrong line of work !!!!

^_____^ . Welcome my friends - to the Church of the Devine Profit $$$ ( ching-ching )

What Gadoo? That's life!

How many billions of tax dollars is our nation wasting on people who choose to cheat the government? Do you really thing the majority of these sniveling, whining little pussies on the street actually have a dibilitating disease keeping them from legally flipping burgers or pumping gas? You don't even have to habla to make a pizza, sabe? I worked in the fast food business long enough to know that much.

Quite a few Christian "friends" of mine felt the same way, and would start yelling the instant I opened my mouth. They didn't want to listen to anything I had to say, because they were content living in their little dream world. It's amazing what a bunch of whiny, depressed little pussies can't do when they put their minds to it.

About welfare:

1. Welfare by itself isn't enough to live on. Often, many people require housing, food stamps, and other assistance.

2. Additionally, to get and keep welfare or other assistance, it can be a full time job in itself.

3. Most people on assistance aren't highly skilled, so the only work they can find is low, minimum wage service work - which doesn't pay much more (less even) than government programs, and introduces new problems (transportation, childcare, things of that nature).

4. In the current downturn, even service jobs are getting harder to find.

5. If you're in favor of dismantling welfare, let's dismantle public schools, roads, hospitals, police, the military, and other government programs.

6. The key to getting out of poverty and reducing welfare - less emphasis on straight handouts, and more emphasis on education, civic harmony, national economic development, and punishing corporations that have no loyalty except to the quarterly report for moving work overseas.

7. I don't think you have a clue as to what genuine poverty and welfare life is about. You continue spouting your pointless right wing (non-genuine conservative) bullshit that everyone seems to hate you for, and maybe kill yourself one day. Hopefully soon. You're not "oppressed" for your views. You're disliked because you suck as a human being.

Unemployment is high these days isn't it? that can be a good excuse, and the fact that you can't get a normal job like that unless you live somewhere, cause you would need to put a home address and phone number for them to contact you at. (anyone correct me if I'm wrong with facts) Besides, it's not like welfare is getting them a porche or a trip to Cancun. Everyone deserves their chance to get back up on their feet

And if you're so mad at the tax dollars being wasted, why don't you cheat the government too. Since with your logic, it's every man for himself, you shouldn't have any concience stopping you on this quest.
