If you are really and truly hurting for an ftp client, you can open a new Internet Explorer window and type ftp://<enter.your.ftp.site.here> and it will prompt for username and password, use the ones on the upload webpage (you still have that open right? I said open a *new* window, gooood) and then drag and drop your video into the ftp server. From what I've read IE is rather inefficient for ftp uploading, but it's better than nothing.
Or you could use start/run/ftp <ftp site name here> and then type BIN <enter> PUT <location of AMV> <enter> and let it upload it that way.
