It's a Noir amv, people seems to enjoy it... Also you need a recent XVID built or else you'll have some shaking or strange effects on the video (and you sould not decode it with ffdshow).

Whenever I Try To Download xVid, It Messes Up, So All I Get In The Video Is Music. The Music Is Good, But Since I Cant See The Anime Portion, I Cant Really Opinionate It.

Ok Gene, Your Video Doesnt Work For Some-Odd Reason..And Dead Pool, For Some Reason, Your Vids Only Come Up As Music, With No Video.
