My School SUCKS!!!

Just got work from Univerishitty of Colorado... their policy of allowing 14-year olds to take ONLY 3 credits stands. There aren't any other colleges closeby that'll accept me (Red Rocks HAAH It's in BOULDER) and I'm only taking half day of high school becuase that's all I can get (already have credits).

The Univershitty is in a financial fiscal squeeze. Enrollments are down and summer's been a flop. In the words of my lab instructor, they should just take my money! If I find another school that lets me take as many classes as I want without hassles, they've lost another potential source of revenue = profits.

Just so you don't think this is a selective university that cares about academic records, almost anyone can get accepted. Almost anyone...

The blokes at Acadumbic Badvising weren't too helpful either. They just directed me to the registrar's office. Which has lovely hold music. Oh bofh, that's not fun.

Metro State is the closest (same campus). Though I have a hold on my account becuase of a "posession of unauthorized access device" incident and the registration deadline is coming up... to get in, I have to go through 7 metres of f*cking paperwork.

wtf ... 14 years old and in university ... i feel like such a slacking shit heel ... i'm 18 1/2 and i'm pretty much just going to a community college ... fuck ... danm you prodigies!

But if it's any consolidation my high school sucked ... it was ran by some dictators ... i called them Fidel Stapleton, Adolph Dolan and ... ok i never came up with a good name for our second VP ... we all called her Whale bitch ... since she was huge and she was x8 bitchier then she was big... and thats a lot ...

14 isn't that bad of an age to go to college. I started going to college at the age of 16. Not 14 but oh well. Atleast I had 31 credit hours taken care of before I graduated from High school. I was pretty happy because 31 credits is half of my credits I need for my Digital Design degree, the best part was it was all free.

I probly couldv'e started at 16 or 17 but I opted to take a buncha BS classes in High school so that I didn't have to do any work and still gradutaed with a good enough GPA to get into a big state college

at 14 y/o its not like you can travel far if your still in HS too - 3 credit hours is crap..thats like a class a week...but think of it this way - more free time

Well I'm in what you Americans would call college, well one form at least...lets just call it "Adult education". Only it isnt, is it? They treat us like a bunch of snot nosed 14 year olds (no offense there, DW), and behave like a bunch of fucking highschool teachers. I can't believe, that I'm actually paying them good money to get what I couldn't wait to get away from for MY ENTIRE LIFE!! How twisted is that?

Yeah, I'm taking some college classes, because they're free.

Otherwise I'm a lazy ass who would just rather wait a year.
