Oh thanks Brave,I'm using programs that I think the almost ORG members use to make their vids,D2Avi,DVDdcrypter,TmpegEnc Plus, etc,BUT the prob it's with my movie editor program (Movie Shaker)cuz, don't work with AVI files,so to make a vid I hav to

1 - Rip the DVD
2 - Change the Vob files to DivX or Xvid
3 - Reencode the AVI files to mpeg 2 <<<<IN THIS PART I'M loosing capture quality..... :(
4 - After edition process reencode to mpeg 2 <<<but a vid with just 3.3min hav something about 200MB  :?
5 - Change the HUGE mpeg 2 vid file and reencode with Tmpegenc to a little mpeg1......

LOT of work,I WILL going to BUY PREMIERE $omeday

Hmmm. Doesn't work with Avi? That is a pain. Have you tried to find an MPEG2 codec you can use? I don't mess with MPEG myself, but I think there might be one out there that you can use. The thing is reducing the amount of times you have to re-encode your file. You will want to make a large almost compression free version for you to work with at the start, and then compress it at the very end. I would avoid going DIVX or XVID till then since it will hurt your encoding. It is too bad you can't use AVI files or AVS or I would suggest Avisynth, but we work with what we have. Try to see if you can export in pure MPEG instead of switching from DIVX or XVID to MPEG. If DVD2AVI doesn't allow it, try FlaskMPEG. It is not as useful as DVD2AVI in regards to it being able to be used with Avisynth, but it gets the job done and will export in MPEG. Believe me, I know what a pain sources can be. Well. Good luck. I hope this helps.

You can find FlaskMPEG at http://www.flaskmpeg.net/

I should be at my sister's house tomorrow so I will most likely give the reviews tomorrow. I'll do the other two Vampire Hunter D videos because my sister's comp has a problem when playing XviD videos for some odd reason so I won't be able to do your new one.

Actually, they all are XviD (Divx Compliant) If you can run Divx 5, you should be able to run these. I haven't had anyone have problems yet.

Bebop, Sorry bout the problems your having. I know how agrivating it can be.

Just put your MPEG2 codec in the main FlaskMPEG main directory. It should work.
