1. It's Gozaimasu.

2. Don't write words in other languages if you can't spell it write.

3. Quit acting like a nOOb.

Although that's some good advice, you should follow your own, some time.

Anyway, Geocities... I don't like Geocities.
I hate the way it works, and I don't understand how other people like it. Oh well.
I prefer Tripod, and since Tripod and Geocities are pretty much the same aside for some space issues, the advice I'll give you for Tripod will most likely work for Geocities.

To upload videos:
So far, the only videos that you can upload on Tripod that won't get your account deleted are .wmv and .rm. .avi, mpeg, and any others no related to RealMedia and Windows Media will get your account suspended. If you don't want to distribute your AMVs in either of those formats(Which I hope you wouldn't) rename the extension of the AMV you're uploading to either .rm or .wmv.
It tricks Tripod, but it also tricks some people downloading your videos, who will complain that it doesn't work.
In that case, Put on your indirect site(will be explained later) AND in your video information "RENAME FILE EXTENSION TO "(insert your original extension here)!!!!" With lots of stars around it.
It seems idiotic, but even with the caps and exclamation points and stars, a lot of people still miss it.

Your other option is to upload your AMV in a zip file. If you do that, do NOT choose the special option to upload ZIP archives. Choose the normal option for regular files, so your video won't automatically be unzipped.
If you have WinRAR, Don't rar your files, because all that comes to Tripod is text that's directly linked(You don't want that).
If you want to rar your file, too bad. Even if you rename the extension to .zip, Tripod somehow catches on and deletes your account. >.>

For Downloading:
NEVER direct link to your files. This will get the people who are downloading your videos upset when bandwidth runs out, and when they left-click and Tripod quotes the direct linking policy.
Plus, you'll get your account deactivated because you're violating the terms of Service.

Always use an indirect link from your video info page.
That way, you're not violating the terms of service, and you're able to still get the file if you left-click.
It's also good to have multiple accounts and mirrors for your videos.
Bandwidth runs out on the free sites FAST. I tend to make 1-5 accounts for one video.
Make sure that your indirect page with the links to your other videos is NOT the same account as one of your videos. If the bandwidth for that one site goes down, then the links to your mirror sites will no longer be accessible.

Anyway, I'm sure that what I am explaining makes no sense, so here is what it will look like if you follow what I'm saying.

How to make your Indirect page:
Okay, first you'll need a basic account. Let's say yours is AMV.
That would mean that your site would be AMV.tripod.com.
Make a quick site, then leave the account alone.

Now, you have a video you want to upload. Let's say it's a Kenshin video. RK.wmv (To make this easier explaining for me, We'll just assume you compressed it to .wmv, so you don't have to change any extensions).
The size of the video is 18mb, 2mb below the 20mb storage limit in Tripod.
Make another account, AMV2, and upload your video to that account.
Choose to make an "Express Page" and pick a random template. Keep hitting next in the site builder until it asks you to publish the page. Don't bother filling any info for this site. Anyway, publish the site, name it, you're done. The reason you're making this site is so you don't violate the remote loading policy, or the storage policy that will get your account deleted. Don't worry about this page you just made being seen-- it won't.

Anyway, know that you've got RK.wmv uploaded, the URL for the video should be http://AMV2.tripod.com/RK.wmv
Log into your other account, AMV, and make the page that you want dedicated to your RK video.
Then, when you choose to link your video, just link to http://AMV2.tripod.com/RK.wmv
Keep making accounts AMV3 all the way through however long you can count for your videos, and make the site in the same way you did for AMV2 for all the others.

Remember, you should have NOTHING on your AMV account, besides your basic webpage and text. NO VIDEOS should be on your AMV account, so your bandwidth will hardly ever run out.
However, the only thing on your other accounts, AMV2-whatever, will ONLY have a video and a quick nothing page on it.

Linking from the Org:

Now all you should have to do is put in your video information in the database, and choose to indirect link.
You should link to http://AMV.tripod.com
and NOT http://AMV2.tripod.com/RK.wmv

------

That was probably really confusing, so if you have questions about it, just ask.

Hrm. Crap. I didn't know that it would automatically make a link if you started off soemthing with http:// !
I thought you always had to put in BBCode or HTML...
... Fiddle sticks.

Anyway, the site that I gave as an example for the mirror sites and what not, I put in wrong. This is the sample site. Forgot the .com...
