I saw Z gundam on the anime list and I was wondering if it is a real anime series.

Theres' a gundam series or movie for just about ever letter of the alphabet;

Mobile Suit Z Gundam aired back in 1985 with 50 some episodes and is the first "sequal" to the original Mobile uit Gundam.

In the series, The Earth Federation becomes the bad guys, and Char and White Base become allies. The story is a bit convoluted, but it's still entertaining.

I like convoultion. I'm exited.

Lt. Bright fights the Federation with Char (who is opperaring under a psodeunym, and just might be some handomse blonde guy). Amuro has some part in it, though he's not the lead, not that I'm sorry. I'm not sure which side he's on. It'd be interesting if he was with the fasiscic Federation and killed his old friend Bright, etc. And he coud lose in the end, freakin' prima donna.

I hear it might be on Adult Swim, too! Squee!

For the record: It's not the entire Federation they're going against. Merely one branch of it, The Titans. Formed to surpress potential Zeonic uprisings, they prove to be almost as (if not more so) brutal than the Duchy of Zeon. As a result, the AEUG gets formed (which, for the record, a good chunk of is comprised of EF soldiers who feel the Titans have gone too far.)

As for Amuro, yes, he does play a role in it, however not as crucial as during the OYW, this time around he (along with Hayato) are working for the Karaba, an Earth-based group in league with the AEUG.

Sorry...just clarifying on that one...

How is that the whole plot? That was just the background of what was going and one element...not a very big element either...
(Now if it's spoilers you want...nah...not gonna touch on that one)
