Who knows what show I am talking about?

Hey, does anyone remember a skit comedy show with a gag called "What [insert thing/person here] is Doing Right This Minute"? I can only remember one skit, and I want to see if I can find any episodes for download or something somewhere. The one I remember was something like this.

"What a Claustrophobic/Agorophopbic is doing... [words zoom out at viewer] <b>Right. This. Minute.</b>"

Camera is steady on a house in a suburban neighborhood from above, focused on the area of the door and the front lawn. A scream issues forth. A woman runs out of the house screaming. She stops and looks around her yard. She screams and runs back inside. She screams again and runs back outside. She screams and runs inside. Repeats for a minute or two."

I remember thinking it was funny as hell. Anyone know what I'm talking about?

I recall that particular gag was on "The Ben Stiller Show".
