i wanted to post, but it seems that every1 has covered all of the eva vids that i like (for the most part, all the eva vids i've seen, i like)

the best ones that come to mind are (in no particular order):

Battle of the Mind
Evangelion Opus
This Isn't What We Meant
Engel
Closer To God (might not be title, the one that Ermac made...one of them)
Resident Eva (..hey that one hasn't been mentioned...probably cause it's a trailer, this being an amv topic...basically the same)
Damaged Rei Mix
Rei, Beyond Her Heart

..that's it for now
If you're reading this, you've gone too far...PREPARE FOR RETRIBUTION!!
Don't judge an AMV by it's anime.. u nooB ;D

I don't know what the best eva vid is, but my favorite one would have to be Breath of Evangelion. Eva, to prodigy - Breathe. Not the greatest song, but exellent for getting pumped up and a good all around action video. by the way otohiko, i liked engel too.

Thanks to all who recommended one of my videos.

However, I'm not going to recommend anything here. Threads like these are about on the level of "What's the best food?" It's entirely subjective.

All of my favorites have been mentioned except Abaddon's "In the End of Evangelion"

Best Linkin Park music video ever completed.

I also think the ones with "This is How You Remind Me" by Nickelback, "Die Another Day" by Madonna, "I Used to Love Her" and "Knockin' on Heaven's Door" by Guns 'n Roses, "Larger Than Life" by the Backdoor Boys, "Chemicals Between Us" by Bush, "Iris" by the Goo Goo Dolls, "Dammit I Changed Again" and "The Kids Aren't Alright" by Offspring, "It's a Sin" by the Pet Shop Boys, "Clubbed to Death" by Rob D, "Falls Apart" by Sugar Ray, "Crucify" by Tori Amos, and "End of the World" by Cold are good.

I thought Evangelion Opus and Closer to God sucked. Like they tried to be only a little funny, but ended up being completely laughable and impossible to take seriously.

And none of my own Eva videos are in any kind of state that I'd be willing to distribute them in, so they don't count.
Ask me about my secret stash of videos that can't be found anywhere anymore.

Funny since he lives about 10 minutes away from me and I hang out with him every once in awhile. He's obviously not as involved in the community, but I'll tell him you liked it.
