Why is almost 70% of AMV Videos undownloadable?

I really want to see some of these videos, what is going on?
Wastage of food is punishable by Heaven!

It could be one of the following:

1. The creator does not have their own hosting.
2. The creator has not uploaded their video to the website.
3. The creator doesn't want to show the video, but they want it catalogued.
