Ah...I enjoyed "PotC"...but then...I like pirate movies and all that swashbuckling stuff. :)

I thought the movie was alright...but was boring for the most part....it did have it's cool moments though...but Unlike Hulk,Blade,Xmen,Dare Devil and Spiderman this movie had too much comic book cheese and the scenes dragged on a bit too much for my liking ....It was this funny part though...when Nemo first walked in this guy from the back yelled "NOOOO! ITS OSAMA!" that was funny...and Harkers first Vampy bite was kinda sexy in a weird gothic sort of way and the Skinner was funny

Yes, we all know that dialogue and plot make for a bad movie! All it should have been were fight scenes, sex scenes, and expensive special effects! Hell, that's ALL movies should be!

The Tom Sawyer thing didn't bother me because the movie kept it really understated. Unless I'm mistaken they never said his entire name at any given time and he never spoke about his past or anything.

Overall I really enjoyed the movie. I was really surprised by how excessively cool Captain Nemo turned out to be.
