DVD2AVI v1.86 lame_enc.dll problems

When I d/l v1.86 of DVD2AVI and ran the program an error message came up saying that it couldn't load the file lame_enc.dll, even though its in the file, once i clicked passed it the program pops up and when I check the version it says v1.76
Has anyone had this problem if so how did you fix it?

I need this version becuase I read on another post that when dvd2avi makes a .d2v file that avisynth cant execute the mpeg2source command, and was told to download the updated version of dvd2avi and that it would fix the problem.

1.86 = 1.76 with a few bugfixes and MP3 encoding abilities
