They're a Jehovah's Witness band, no doubt.

Since many fundamentalist Protestants view Catholics, practicing Jews, and Jehovah's Witnesses as non-Christians, though, they're not really Christian or something.

They use Judeo-Christian themes, but I don't consider them to be a Christian Band per se. At least, not by my standards. I used to listen to Christian Rock, and the songs generally talk about Christianity directly. Unless it went right over my head (probably did), BG doesn't directly reference Christianity, just icons from the mythos for symbolic effect.

Killswitch Engage is a "christian" band, but so is Creed. So it's obviously not an indication of a particular quality.
