box settings

how would you go creating a box type effect in premiere. ive seen done in credits of movies. best example would be Dragon Ball Z movie Super Android 13. ive also seen it done in amvs before. also how would you make a tiny box in the corner of a screen while the big screen is still playing footage. (the tiny box is playing different footage.) any help is appreciated. if not available in premiere then what other type of video editing programs??
