hey,

i am borrowing both seasons of Fushigi Yuugi on dvd from a friend, but since its kinda a lot of episodes, i need help finding certain clips. (also forgive my spelling of characters names, I don't have the correct spellin on me ) I am also going to try giving descriptions of these things without giving away spoliers.

I was woundering the following:

What episode does Hitortori put powerder on his face and pretend to be a girl?

what episode does miaka find Tamahome sellin his services cheaply to a town. (Right after Miaka returns from the real world for the first time)

What episodes involve the ship that they sailed on?

What episodes was Taski and the others under the spell of the guy who made them see things, while they were in the desert? (Yeah, i no this one is vauge, but I am trying to avoid spoilers and i forgot the guys name. )

What episode does Miakas older brother and his friend, sit at a library desk and read the book?

So, with that out of the way, let's see if I can take a stab at answering some of these questions.

Hotohori looking feminine is in one of the very first episodes, perhaps 3

Tamahome working as the village's protector is around episode 7

The ship is somewhere before episode 30

Tomo shows up starting in episode 34 so his desert scenes would be around 37 If you want the scene where that illusion is broken, it's later, I believe 40

Keisuke and Tatsuya in the library, hmm... They're in the library more than once, starting when they find the Shijin Tenchi Sho. So I really don't know this one, sorry.

I know for a fact that the Hotohori part came when they were searchin for taski. which came after the tamahome part.

No it didn't - the part where Miaka mistakes Hotohori for a woman happens when she first meets him, before she even knows she's supposed to be looking for seishi. But if you mean the part where the Reikuku bandits capture Hotohori, Nuriko, and Miaka, and mistake both men for women, making them serve wine to the bandits, _that_ happens when they're searching for Tasuki, which would be episode 5 or 6.

what does nuriko get a hair cut?

Hmm... Nuriko cuts his hair with Hotohori's sword in an inn somewhere while Chichiri is back at the palace pretending to be Hotohori, so it has to be while they're out looking for Chiriko... maybe around episode 20?
