Actually, it's a bit more fun than a 'Keitaro: Survivor' game.

I'd say it's more like a bunch of extra episodes for te series. As usual, strange funky stories occur along the way... people getting posessed by demons, Keitaro passing out and dreaming up some weird sh*t, having a beauty pageant at Hinatasou, everyone fighting over the ownership of a Dreamcast console

There are several endings for each episode, depending on what happens.

I think I already mentioned it in another thread - it's not an extremely 'game' game. As in, it's linear and not too interactive, but it's more than enough to please hungry LH fans wanting more. Fun stuff. Some episodes of it certainly rank well even up against the funniest of the manga

Avbout a month ago one of the Love Hina dreamcast games was on Ebay.

Question is will Japanese games play on the North American console without a modchip?

If your console is from the first series - yes. That means ones made before 2000.

The one me and klinky own (bought at the tail end of the life cycle) was made in June 2000, and doesn't seem to have any protections built into it.

Yes, we've played CD-Rs in the thing, so sue us.

Regarding the girl in question, I'd say she isn't Kanako. Why?

Because Kanako seem to have only ONE strand of hair <a href="http://images.google.com/images?hl=en&l ... ">sticking out</a>.

Otohiko pretty much ID'd her. I thought since the characters looked a little off it could have still been Kanako. I wasnt aware that the games had added to the harem.

As for whatr is Love Hina about?

It is a romance comedy with some fantasy, scifi, horror, and other stuff thrown in. The characters I think are all well done and it is one of my top three fav animes. VanDread and Narue no Sekai being the others. OK top 4 since I love Chobits too. And oh my goddess(mmm...Urd)
