The thing is, even if children are watching it...if they advertise it as ADULT Swim and children happen to watch, wouldn't that mean that it's the parent's fault and not CN? They already put a warning up (which I applaud) and if people don't follow it, that's not CN's problem.

Stupid American TV and even worse...Stupid American Parents...they're the only reason there is any editing at all...b/c CN KNOWS some stupid parent will find out and bitch them out. And don't get me even started on what that will do to anime in America

Espiecially in the Bible belt.
Before long, I doubt even AWA will exist...
Or they'll atleast stop showing subbed anime.
Give it a few years, and just watch..
It WILL be banned because of all the stupid bible-slappers.

That is true. It the parents fault and not CN's. (although that's what I said in the first place) People today just look for someone to blame their problems on. They don't take responsibility for their own actions. They can't control their kids. Therefore, they have to kill all anime for the sake of us damn Americans. It pisses me off so much.

A-men to that Toonami and adult swim are getting it done, well in a sense but better then nothing and now alot of kids are getting intrested into the anime from these shows so like i guess u could say there opening the door to the better things to come

Yup! This is one of those things that REALLY piss me off within the US...bad parenting and then not accepting the repurcusions (kids doing stupid things, not respecting you, etc.) of your bad decisions (i.e. no paying attention to your kid, teaching them things, etc.).

Then again, I saw this all coming after Columbine and how they blamed the game DOOM for it instead of bad parenting and kids picking on them (which is well..sadly...normal).

It's not limited to parenting. More and more the people here are pushing personal responsibility out the window (and not just here, but since we're talking about America). Back when I was a kid, when I acted up in class, I got smacked by the teacher and beaten by my parents. Nowadays they diagnose you with a learning disorder and tell you its not your fault you're an asswipe.

I am not really fond with RK in CN...

They deleted most of the good scenes where somebody gets shot, or slashed or some action scenes.

So I mostly prefered buying the DVD series instead of watching the series in CN.
