For some reason I'm staff at NDK this year.

"Offical Programming Lackey"

I also won for best Video utilizing game footage last year...what a piece of crap that was...but the trophy was cool.

You did that Video Game AMV?

I really liked that one!

The statues at NDK are fantastic. I am so proud of my "Asuka" that I actually want to win this year's NDK AMV contest as well. Usually I just enter contests so I can hear the reaction to my AMV... but now that I have an Asuka... I want to win another one :D

Same here! Maybe I'll send my sweetness and my pro entry to AWA...?
(NDK will be the first con to see it before AWA) :D

* wishes NDK and AWA weren't so close together so I could attend NDK as well...

That was my first video I had ever made, and it was far more of an experiment at learning timing, and all that other blah blah blah, than attempt at quality. I get the feeling there wasn't much else against it.

Actually... all the other AMVs were fairly identical. I heard the judges saying that yours stood out just because it wasn't like every single other entry.

So thumbs up right there for creativity and originality!

I was very psyched because I actually won audience favorite that year!
