Need Help With Adobe After Effects 5.5
I just dled this last night and it is a hard program to understand and work with......I can get like music imported but when i upload video files I cannot see them.......can someone help me?

Read the manual please? Take some courses? Buy the software?
We're not here to teach you how to use pirated software. You need to have the initative to crack the book open and attempt to read. You may just learn something.
