Errr is this against the rules??????

My friend has many dvd anime videos and I have many music cd's, and I have a third friend that can do the music video, any way, are we (us 3, currently sitting here) allowed to put our stuff together to make our own anime music video, or is it against the rules?

Technically I think you are crossing some legal boundaries when you put the video together like that, but then again, you're also breaking the law if you distribute your video in any way. Don't worry about it.

And as long as atleast one of you purchased the DVDs and the music then you're already doing better than probably half the AMV crowd.
