Furry, I did not mean to imply you are dragging your ass. I'm sure the video is well worth the wait, my intention was to get some action going in the forum, thats all. Sorry if your feelings were hurt.

No hurt feelings or offense taken.

I'm just picky about doing the best job I possibly can, and I work slow.

Still waiting for DVD 3 of 6 in the series I think I want to use to arrive in the mail. Hopefully, that will have what I want, or I may think of using a different show. (since it will take several months for the rest of the series to come out.)

I hate to piss on your pirade guys, but NO anime has anything to do with Alice In Chains lyrics.

What are you going to do, show shots of Vash crying and looking sad? The entire album is about Lain Staley's various drug addictions and alcoholism.

I love Alice in Chains. Alot. But there are certain things that anime can't touch and Jar of Flies is on of them.

i know beo, but there os a lack of aic amvs at the org. its hard to find an anime on laynes life, so you have to try and match the lyrics as best you can. plus the lyrics are perfectly suited for making videos. if you dont think a vid can be made to suit the lyrics, then its as simple as not watching.

as for me this is an attempt at a tribute to layne, his lyrics have helped me through rough times. so i chose to express myself through a video.

I know what the album's about. I was living the "Rock 'n Roll Lifestyle" in LA when you were in elementary school.

There's little if anything that anime "can't touch", given thought and consideration.

I'll find my own sense of meaning, and express it to the best of my ability.

Nothing is sacred.

And no you don't hate to "piss on out parade" as you put it, or you wouldn't have posted that. If you want to see what people came up with, read back in the thread for the links to the videos that are already completed.

And inf fact, I honestly don't want to piss on your pyraid. I have a genuine curiosity of what you guys will come up with, and on the other hand I have a feeling it is going to be a terrible missmatch.

Wow why would you say that, Wolf you just trying to cause shit or what ? Remember that AMV is a subjective artform, what I get from it you might not get at all and vice versa, And being a former Rock & Roll machine, I think that any Alice n Chains song could be used in a AMV, so why don't you encourage the people instead of saying negative stuff
