How do I change my User ID?

I'd like to change my user id to somehow reflect my favorite anime. Can't see how to do it yet. I would appreciate any help I can get. Thank you.

you must PM him...and tell him the new name you want...he may be nice and change it...or he may tell you to suffer with your first choice for a while...
