Since I don't speak japanese, I have to ask: is Kim Deal, bassist formerly from The Pixies, any relation to the song Kim Deal by The Pillows?

The song doesnt seem to be about Kim (not that I can majorly understand the lyrics) but it's pretty obvious that the pixies are a Pillows influence.

Yeah, that similarities among their music styles combined with the name of the song is what made me think the song could be about her, but since I don't speak any Japanese and have not had much luck finding lyric translations online, I have no way of verifying.

AD, if I were to post a scan of the insert from Happy Bivouac, which has the lyrics in Japanese, would you be able to translate it from that?
