Your right, I wasn't making sense again. So...

Friday after the AMV Panel, but before the Iron Chef, or even after the Iron Chef

Or Saturday after the AMV Contest. But before the Masquerade.

Since I'm on the Panel, I'm going to do a nice trick that they did at another panel I went to. At the begining we have any and ALL AMV creators just stand up and introduce themselves. Then we know who you are, you can be bugged for questions by those near by, and afterwards we can make sure you don't run off, and can make plans for when to 'gather'.

And: ZeroSSJ999 Yes we do care about you, and will be happy to meet you at the convention, just weren't going to waste an entire post to acknowledge you.

Here is a possibility for an AMV creators get togehter

We should have the Main events room set up and ready to go soon aafter the AMV panel on friday. So figure around 2pm on friday any of the AMV people could come to the main events room, see the setup we have before anyone else, scout out your reserved seats for the AMV events, and get to meet everyone a little early on for the weekend.

If this looks good to everyoen I will try to make it happen

First of all, that's really wierd, because I thought I was on the panel because, 1. I keep getting E-mails telling me I'm signed up for the panel 2. because the description of the panel on the site is the one that I wrote, and 3. because you invited me yourself.
Second, in the E-mail I recieved from the panel director I was told that the panel was going to be at 11 PM Saturday. Why is this getting all wierd?

the schedule on the website says iron chef is 2-4pm on sat, and it just says AMV from 12-1pm on friday and AMV panel 11-12 on sat. So umm huh? And how close are they gonna decide on finals?

Scott and I have been working this out over E-mail n' such, there was a problem with the panels, because I requested a panel the typical way, and he got his department or whatever to request a panel. So mine is the description on the site, but just like any good organization, the right hand never knows what the left hand is doing. So there are two scheduled for now, and we're deciding on what's going to happen. Current thought is to make one into the normal panel, and then the other into videos per request or something like that.

AMV Iron Chef is at
7PM-10PM on friday

the Live programming schedule on the site is wrong and shold be corrected soon ( AMV Iron chef is a video event so how it got put on live programmig we will never know)

currently there are two panles listed for fanime
12PM Friday
11AM Saturday

we are unsure if this will be the final arrangement, so check the schedules at the con when you get there since it is unknwon when we wil have this worked out.
