Ok, does anyone know a desent way to put a night filter on
anime footage. One that can convert orignal day-time footage to
look like a night scene. Preferably using adobe premiere
becuase the make shift one I designed still looks really bad.

this should go in Video help. Anywho...I'd say use Color Balance and adjust the color levels to look the way you want, I'm sure you can get it to seem like a night time shot easily.
