and yes, it was fuckin awsome, but in the SF2 movie i loved the scene when Ken used the Shoryuken on T.Hawk. Knocking this man that was twice his size on his ASS, T.Hawk was a bitch though, so oh well.

But as far as favorite fights scenes go

Animation: in my opinion, the fight with Spike and Mad Pierrot, Vaughn vs guards in the beggining of the Escaflowne movie, and Eva 02 vs the Eva series in the EOE movie, that was fuckin amazing the first time i saw it ^_^

and Just COOLNESS: Spike vs (every person he fought), Domon Kashu vs The imposter Devil Gundam during the episode when they put him through that test. and Yusuke vs the group of demons near the beggining of the YYH: Poltergeist Report movie. "SHOT GUN!!" - Damn straight- 8)

thats right, i like YYH and G gundam, so sue me =P

I take it B3 hasn't seen the Bebop movie...or he would of included the Spike vs Vincent battle at the end of the movie..(Rock Ass Fight!! Uber PWN4GE)

Just a few that I thought of when I saw this thread.

IN NO ORDER
- Balrog (or Vega, the name better known in US) vs. Chun Li in the Street Fighter movie.

- Mousse vs. the Bird Man in the Ranma 1/2 movie

- Ranma vs. Ryoga in the Ranma 1/2 "Breaking Point" storyline

- Spike vs. Vicious and his thugs in ep 5 of CowboyBebop "Ballad ofFallen Angels"

-The final dogfight between Isamu and Guld in Macross Plus

There are so many others... but those were the first five to come to mind.

I'd have to say my favorite would have to be anything with Inu-yasha (Inu-yasha) in it...... Or Heero (Gundam Wing)..........

Actually I haven't seen the Cowboy Bebop Movie yet, but like you said, the fight scenes in it are supposed to be kick ass. Also there were a whole bunch of other fights I left out, but hey, you can't have'em all or else this thread would be like 3 pages of just me sayin' how awesome some of these fights were. Some of the ones I left out that I liked were:

-I liked all the gunfights in the Gunsmith Cats OAV

-The swordfights in Bloodlust were pretty frickin cool

-The SDF Macross and Hikaru Ichijo vs. Bodolza at the end of DYRL is one of the most epic space battles in any anime, ever.

-The dogfight between Isamu and Gould in Macross Plus

-Recca vs. Kage Houshi

-Yu vs. Fatman in Spriggan

Yeah that scene still gets me. Given, I saw Macross way back in the 80's as a kid. It still moves me hearing "Do You Remember Love?" and seeing that...(sigh)
