Can't quite figure something out

I don't know if i skipped it over anywhere else, but i seem to be having a problem. I can get all the way to the page where it gives all the information such as the FTP, username and password, but i can't figure out how to upload the video from there. if someone could help, i would appreciate it, or at least point me in the direction where i can find the answer. email would be great at regulator88130@hotmail.com. thank you.

You need to use an ftp client to connect to the site. Try cuteftp or flashfxp, or just search for one at download.com
