I don't know about Marvel Man Thing #1, but is that all? What other rare books do you have?

I have too many to go through, but recently I picked up Uncanny X-men #101, the first appearance of Phoenix. Aside from rarity I have a few signed books.

And X-Men #1, drawn by Jim Lee isn't rare.

I also had the chance to buy Uncanny X-Men #1, signed by Jack "the king" Kirby and Stan "the man" Lee. But I didn't feel like spending a few thousand to buy it.

this was done by marvle and it had to do with 4 kids who get powers from a crash landed ailen.
Only time I say no is if someone asks if I've had enough.

I come from a comic collecting family. Both of my uncles probably have about 5k invested in comics, all the way back from when they were kids.. The gross value of their collections is something I don't even want to guess. My father was a collector back in the 80s and 90s, but has quit collecting since then, I can almost guarantee he's got at least a few good ones.

I myself have a Detective comic from the 60s in damn good condition (for being 40 years old) and according to a price guide is worth a good 3 grand. A lot of the comics I received when I was younger, rare or not, are in storage, so I can't really list them at the moment.
