This makes not all that much literal sense, but I thought it was a fun little internet toy, in a cynical kind of way.

Soulmate Calculator

You put in your standards for a "perfect match" and it tells you how many people you'd have to meet, statistically, to find somebody that matches them. It's geared to the US by using statistics from there, but who's counting, really.

It says a lot that I have practically no standards and still only 1 in 11,315 guys meets them.

hrm... painful.. Lucky I'm not an American, (somehow I doubt the same statics will apply to Australians, I don't fancy meeting the entire population)
Well, I always placed a high enthusis on the 'right one'. Wouldn't make sense if she was common place.. Funny, i didn't push up the attractiveness or anything...
