3rd Best: Shinji Ikari and Asuka [Neon Genesis Evangelion]

My personal favorite:
Muraki and Tsuki (yami no matsuei)
I love the way Muraki toys with Tsuki, the unresolved sexual tension plays right into the plot of the story, you never really know Muraki's real intentions. Does he want Tsuki or just the body for Saki's dead head?
